Kenneth Wardell Walker “Redd” age 74 passed Thursday, April 30, 2020 at a health care facility in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Knoxville, TN and worked many years as a mail carrier for Lakeshore Hospital. He loved to tell and entertain with a good story.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford Walker and Margaret Wallace Walker, brother LeRoy Walker, son Nicky Walker.
Survivors include his wife Shirley Walker of Athens, TN, daughters, Willie Ann Blair, Kim Blair Johnson, LaSonya Walker, Margaret(Eddie) Arnwine, sons Anthony Walker, and Gary ( Janice) Hardin. Grandchildren, Brooks Benton, Jenny Benton, Olivia Blair, Jordan Blair, Jermaine Blair, LaVanity Goley, LaJulian Goley, LaNikki Goley, LaBrandus Goley, Walter Malik Dotson, Patrick Lindsey, A’Darryl Arnwine “Bro-Man”, and Natachia Harrison. Great-grandchildren, Ariyah Young, Zuri Goley, Jordan Whitfield, Jayda Mosier, Isaiah Presley, Shakiyah Blair, Jayden Nelson, Benjamin Smith, Jordan Blair Jr., Jayveon Oggs, Jazlyn Blair, Lace Osborne, Cameron Dunn, Knadia Dunn, Armani McGaughy, Nevaeh Jackson, Jayla Benton, and Jaylen Benton. Niece Shirley Walker Martin, and cousins, Hope Means, Stephanie Means, Robin Means, Kristian Means, Kellie Lenior, and Charles Lenior.
