Freddie Fletcher

Fredrick (Freddie) Lawson Fletcher Jr . age 64 of Lafayette, GA residing in Cleveland, TN went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 2, 2021, with his loving family around him. He was a graduate of Rossville High School. He retired from Whirlpool after 30 years as a Master tool and dye maker. Freddie enjoyed fishing, going to the Nascar races, watching baseball, and loved to play the guitar. Freddie enjoyed traveling with his wife to various states and spending time with his family. To know Freddie, he never met a stranger.

He was proceed in death by his father Fredrick Lawson Fletcher Sr and mother Joyce( Pettyjohn )Franks, and mother-in-law Edna Thompson.

Survivors include his devoted and beloved wife Robin Fletcher, brother Gregory(Beverly) Fletcher of Lafayette, GA. brother-in-law Michael Thompson of Decatur, TN., and Lebron(Cynthia) Carter of Cleveland, TN. Children Jason(Amy)Fletcher of Cleveland, TN, Tanesha Parish of Douglasville, GA, and Tony McCleary of Cleveland, TN. Grandchildren Kee-Laysia Walker, Keetan, Parish, Ka' Niyah Thompson, Sklyar Fletcher, and Mattie Fletcher. Nieces Christy Ables(Shane Bulloch), Amanda(Ethan) Garrett, Elizabeth Fletcher, and Michelle(Cameron) Knight all from Lafayette, GA. Aunts and Uncles Sandra Hill of Estill Springs, TN, Robert and Patricia Gunn of Manchester, TN, Jack Fletcher of Tullahoma, TN, Brenda Pettyjohn of Lafayette, GA, and Leonard Pettyjohn of Lafayette, GA. A list of special great-nieces, nephews, and cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 11 ^th at 1:00 pm in the chapel at M.D. Dotson and Sons Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN with Minister Shannon Pettyjohn officiating. Interment will follow the service at St. Elmo Cemetery in Georgetown, TN. There will be a walk-through visitation by friends one hour before the service at the funeral home and everyone is asked to observe social distancing and to wear a face mask.
