Deborah Armenthia Bacon Blair age 70, transitioned this life on Saturday June 9, 2018 at her residence in Cleveland, TN.
She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the mission’s board. She was a member of the Joy Fellowship community service organization, where she really enjoyed being of service to the senior citizens.
She was active at the local YMCA where she was an avid water aerobics enthusiast.
She is preceded in death in by her parents William T. Bacon and Doris Jones Bacon , and daughter-in-law Misty Falcone-Blair.
Survivors include her beloved children Theron Blair, and DeAnna Blair-Brooks, both Cleveland, TN and grandchildren Jasen Brooks, Jaisa Brooks,of Cleveland, TN and De’Angelo Blair all of Hollister, Calif.
Sister and brothers, Susan Bacon, Stacey Bacon, Shelley Bacon-Brown, Marcus Bacon, and Vincent (Monique) Bacon all of Los Angeles, California, and Donovan Bacon of Atlanta, Ga. Two aunts, Charlene Snell, and Paulene Smith both of Cleveland, TN. Special cousins, Billie Blair of Cleveland, TN., and Joyce Cowan of Chattanooga, and special friend Wilbertine Scott of Cleveland, TN.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with pastor, Rev. Ray Freeman officiating and Rev. Alfred Johnson delivering the eulogy. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. . Visitation by friends will begin Friday from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. at M.D. Dotson & Sons Funeral Home, Cleveland, TN.
