Amber Nicole Bess

Miss Amber Nicole Bess was born on December 26, 1985, in Fort Worth, TX to Lavenda Bess (Donald) White of Louisville, KY and Jackie Ewalt (Doris) Bess of Burleson, TX.  She slipped away to Heaven peacefully early Sunday morning, September 8, 2019  at Norton Healthcare Hospital Brownsboro in Louisville, KY.

Amber was a very special young lady and lived life from her very own perspective.  She loved to listen to music—especially gospel and old school R&B while cruising in her van.   Amber graduated from Keller high school, Keller, TX  in 2008 and specialized in Love as her chosen career.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert and Bertha Dean Parris, and paternal grandparents Issaac and Ida Mae Bess, an aunt Diane Harrison  and uncle Robert Parris, Jr.

Along with her parents she is survived by her brothers, Sean (Tamera) Smith of Kansas City, MO and Lamont Williams of Chattanooga, TN, sister Ashley Bess of Fort Worth, TX,  her beloved aunts, Brenda (Larry) Jones of Athens, TN, Kimberly (Benny) Jackson of Etowah, TN, Mary Frances Williams of Etowah, TN, Bobbie Jean (James) Allen, Knoxville, TN, Mary Helen (Frank) Washington, St. Louis, MO,  and Doris Jean (Henry) Francis, TX;  uncles Kelvin (LeeAnn) Parris, Knoxville, TN, Ronald Bess, Wharton, TX, Charles Bess, Burleson, TX,  great aunts Mrs. Olivia Smith, Knoxville, TN and Mrs. Phoebe Smith of Detroit, MI and many other special cousins, friends and relatives. Three special friends, Angie Chambers, Cherika Gray, Melissa Rose and Teresa Jackson.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Mount Olive AME Zion Church of Etowah, TN.  Family will receive friends at 12 noon prior to services.
