Rosalyn Arnwine

Rosalyn Ann “CindyLou” Arnwine, age 61 formerly of Athens, Tn. died Saturday, August 20, 2016 at her home in Cleveland, Tn. She attended Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Athens, TN. and was employed with Damey’s for many years and Cooke’s food store as head cook. She loved her grandchildren and taking care of her flowers and plants and cooking.
She is proceeded in death by her mother Mildred Marie Long, her father Orlano Roberts, two sons, Herman Augustine Arnwine, and Rodney Augustine Arnwine, grandson, Gavin Skiba granddaughter Tatiana Emory, and sister, Brenda Roberts.

Survivors include her daughter, Shannon Arnwine(DougSkiba) of Cleveland, Tn., and son, Graylon Arnwine of Athens, Tn. Two sister, Angela ‘Pete’ Long(Bruce) Wilkerson of Athens, Tn., and Emily Henry of Athens, Tn.
Two brothers, Charles(Jennifer) Long of Bloomington, Ind., and Calvin Roberts of Athens, Tn. Aunts and uncles, Calvin Roberts, Frances Brown, and Harrison Brown all of Athens, Tn. Six grandchildren, Makayla, Emmery, Akia, Charday, Kaiden, and Jayla. Special aunt, Benita Smith of Athens, Tn., a very good friend Saundra Massengil, lot of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation by friends will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 after 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m in the chapel of M.D. Dotson & Sons Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tn.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Athens, Tn., with Rev. William Ryan delivering the eulogy. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Hammonds cemetery in Athens, Tn.
