Uyless R. Bradford

Uyless Robert Bradford age 59 – was born to the parents of the late Uyless S. and Beatrice Bradford on the 9th of October, 1956 in Cleveland TN.
He attended College Hill School and finished at Cleveland High School. Uyless left Tennessee in 1981 to move to Pennsylvania, where he worked as a truck driver.
In August of 2002, Uyless had a grand mal seizure which put him in a coma for a month. When he woke up his family thought it was best to move him back to Cleveland, TN, where they could care for him.
After a long sickness he departed this life on January 4, 2016 at a Chattanooga Health Care facility.
He was proceeded in death by one brother, William Bradford, and three sisters, Georgia Marie Bradford, Frances J. Swoops and Evelyn Barber.
Leaving to cherish his memory, two brothers Major Bradford of Anchorage, Alaska; James Bradford (Janet) of Cleveland, TN; sister Barbara Scotton (Timothy) of Glenmont, NY and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be held Saturday January 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm. at the Fellowship of Praise Church of God in Cleveland, TN. with Pastor Sam Hall officiating and Bishop Timothy Scotton delivering the eulogy. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at New Zion Cemetery in Etowah, TN.
