Kevin Winton

Kevin Maurice Winton age 42 of Athens, died Friday August 1, 2014 at his residence. He was formerly employed by H.T. Hackney in Athens, Tn. He was a graduate of the McMinn County High School class of 1991. He attended St. Mark A.M.E. Zion Church in Athens, Tn.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Ralph and Phyllis Winton.

Survivors include one son, Demicha ( Monica) Malone of Etowah, Tn. New arrival granddaughter Demisha Marie Malone. One sister, Kelley ( Morrow) Mack of Athens, Tn. Two nieces, Jarah Marie and Jada Milen Mack of Athens, Tn. One uncle, Leon Franklin (Tiffany) Westfield of Georgetown, Tn. One aunt, Mattie Sue Craig of Athens, Tn. Five great-aunts, Mary Winton of Athens, Tn., Madra Thompson of McDonough, Ga., Teresa (Sherman) Huff of Fayetteville, N.C., Frances Arnold of Cleveland, Tn., and Grace( Sherman) McCleary of Charleston, Tn. Four great-uncles, William (Linda) Thompson of Etowah, Tn., Calvin Thompson of Athens, Tn. Tom(Faye) Thompson of Georgetown, Tn., and Thomas Lee Winton of Athens, Tn. Special cousins, Judy Winton of Knoxville, Tn., and Mike Thompson of Decatur, Tn., and Marcus Winton.
